n accordance with the prospectus issued on 30 October 2007, BT Investment Management will seek to distribute approximately 80-90% of Cash Net Profit after Tax (Cash NPAT) by means of dividends and, where this is not possible due to the difference between Cash and Statutory NPAT, by means of capital return. Any capital return will be subject to approvals and their distribution is therefore not guaranteed.
