What is BSMs lesson cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a lesson, please contact your instructor, or your local BSM centre as soon as possible. If your cancellation is within 2 working days of your lesson, you will still be charged. What if the instructor cancels my lesson? If the instructor cancels a lesson at short notice, doesn’t turn up, or is late, the instructor will make up the time either the same day or at the next lesson. If this keeps happening, tell your local BSM centre. What do I do if my instructor shortens my lesson? Only sign for the length of lesson you have actually taken, and make sure that a note is made on your lesson log that the instructor owes you time. If this keeps happening, tell your local BSM centre. What do I do if I need to stop having lessons for a little while? Please contact your local BSM centre to tell them why.
