What is Brookstreet’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made prior to 4 pm on the day of arrival in order to avoid paying a cancellation penalty fee equivalent to one night’s room charge plus tax (PST). Packages including components in Au Naturel Spa, Perspectives Restaurant and/or the Marshes Golf Course must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation penalty fee.
