What Is Brookhaven/Peachtree Community Alliance?
Brookhaven/Peachtree Community Alliance (BPCA) is an organization made up of “stakeholders” in our study area. In order to have as much impact as possible on the LCI process, it is important that Brookhaven “stakeholder” speak with an organized voice. “Stakeholder”, for the purpose of an LCI study, means all property owners and user-groups within the study boundaries. Our stakeholder group includes representatives from each of the neighborhood associations within the study area. This includes: Brookhaven Club Neighborhood Association, Brookhaven Fields, Brookhaven Heights, Ashford Park, Fernwood Park and Village Park. Each association is allowed up to 3 members. In addition to the neighborhood associations, members from MARTA, Oglethorpe, DeKalb County Parks and Recreation, Dekalb County Library and various business owners are represented.
