What is Broker Reciprocity?
The National Association of Realtors approved the Broker Reciprocity program in Fall of 2000. Broker Reciprocity is intended to provide the individual Brokers and Agents the same advantages of national websites such as www.Realtor.com that are showing multiple property listings. Thus, allowing Brokers and Agents to capture and maintain first contact with their local consumers, making IDX a powerful real estate marketing tool: being able to show the MLS Listings is attracting more people to the realtors website, keeping them there longer and, even more importantly, keeping them coming back to search again.
