What is Broadcores CPNI policy?
Broadcore fully enforces the federal guidelines with regards to CPNI (customer proprietary network information.) We protect the information about our customers. We do not give out information or make account changes unless you the authorized representative. We have strict rules to follow and we ask for your patience. It’s a good idea to make sure we have your current email, office and cell numbers of your staff members that will be requesting additions, moves and changes with Broadcore. Here is our official statement and public policy: Customer proprietary network information is information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of the telecommunications services that Broadcore or any Broadcore affiliates may provide to a customer, including phone numbers and call records.
