BroadbandCTI provides services as contracted through the HOA. We are responsible for providing basic cable to the home and a standard high-speed Internet connection. A one-time fee is charged to complete the initial Evaluation and to verify that all connections made outside are operational and of good quality inside the home. Please note ALL inside cabling and connections, modem and interior wiring provisioning is provided to you by your builder/interior wiring company. BroadbandCTI will not correct or repair any problems identified beyond the ground block. A Service call fee is charged to identify any interior issues. You will be notified of our conclusions and provided a copy of your signed work order for your further reference. Certain cable / Internet Upgrades are available but not part of the HOA agreement. We are not responsible for moving furniture or activating any service whereby the technician may be in a dangerous or hazardous area. Please clear pathways and make room for te
