What is brain synchronization?

0

It’s using both sides of the brain to think, instead of using one side at a time, as we usually do. It’s increased communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. It’s like thinking in stereo. It gives you a kind of meta-awareness, a new perspective—a view from a higher spot on the mountain. This type of brain function has been associated with geniuses—the Einsteins and Mozarts of the world. Quite frankly, I suspect this is the same type of higher brain function of, say, a Lee Iacocca, a Walt Disney, a Stephen Hawking, and other creative, high-performance individuals like them. Whole- brain functioning is associated with increased creativity… insight… learning ability… problem solving ability… memory… and what some people call vision!
