What is boxing day and how is it related to christmas?
Boxing Day is December 26, the day after Christmas Day and is a holiday in some countries, especially the Commonwealth. Boxing Day was created to give servants who worked on Christmas Day, a day off for themselves and their family and their employers would provide them with boxed gifts. Boxing Day is also a time for giving of gifts and saying thanks to persons who provided services such as mail delivery and trash collection during the year.
