Boundary Alignment is the name given to the Project by which CFA will align the boundaries of its existing Areas and Regions with those of State Government Regions and municipalities. The CFA Board decided at its September 2009 meeting to align CFA with these boundaries. Alignment will formally occur on the 1st of July 2010. Boundary Alignment means that the existing CFA North East Area will become the nucleus for the CFA Hume Region..
