What Is Booty Camp?
Booty Camp is outdoor fitness designed by women, for women. Think of it a Boot Camp for Girls Only, focussing on the kind of exercises that get us the results we want – to be fitter, faster, stronger and more toned in the areas we care about. Booty Camp runs 6 week courses, twice a week. There is no membership and you can leave at the end of any 6 week course if you want to. Our campers stay because they want to, not because they signed a contract. Over 70% of our campers come back again and again though, so we must be getting something right.
