What is Boot Camp 512 like?
Our Fitness Boot Camp is a 4-week, challenging and unique exercise class that delivers tremendous results, all while still having a fun component built in! It is an energizing group fitness class designed to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals! Our typical session includes a strength training, cardiovascular, flexibility training in 60 minutes. It is difficult to say what a typical class looks like because our class changes everyday! This to prevent our bodies ability to plateau and to alleviate boredom. You can expect every class to incorporate the use of: Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, Creative Body Weight Exercises, Team Relays, Obstacle Courses, Core Exercises, Cross Fit drills, Plyo-Metrics, Kettle Bells and much more!
