What is Blythedale’s accreditation?
Blythedale Children’s Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission – its most recent survey completed in February 2008. In addition, the Hospital is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and the New York State Department of Education. Its memberships include the American Hospital Association, the Healthcare Association of New York State, the National Association of Children’s Hospital’s and Related Institutions, the Greater New York Hospital Association and the Northern Metropolitan Healthcare Association.
