The Bank has been awarded a state Mitigation Banking Permit (#56-00002-M) with 1,240.32 credits, 721.57 of which are classified as forested and 518.75 of which are classified as herbaceous. It has also been awarded 1,522.34 credits under Federal Banking Permit #200002935 (IP-TA), of which 885.66 are classified as forested and 636.68 are herbaceous. The Bank will also be enhancing and restoring upland habitat and vegetation as well as participating in the South Florida Multi-Species Recovery Plan.
