In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange, for your convenience, we provide an import express service through DHL. Simply following the following steps: 1. Log on to your account on www.blossommotherandchild.com and fill out the electronically generated return form indicating the reason for return of the items. Follow the instructions on the site to call DHL, print out the completed form or else the returns email, and include it within the package. 2. Return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original plastic packaging and tags) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. 3. Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
