BlackBerry® BES (BlackBerry® Enterprise Service) allows customers to access push email from their corporate email server, such as Microsoft® Exchange®, IBM® Lotus® Domino ® Server or Novell® GroupWise®. Is BIS or BES included on the Shared Business cap with Blackberry®? Yes all users on the Shared Business Cap with BlackBerry® receive Unlimited* BIS or BES. *Fair Use Policy applies. How will the included Data be ‘shared’ with other users on the account? Included data will be shared by all users on the account on ‘first come first served’ basis. When the data allowance has been consumed, the customer will then be charged the PAYG GPRS rates for any further data usage. Note: Included data on the Business Cap with BlackBerry® is for data usage that does not go via the Blackberry APN. All BlackBerry® usage shall be “unlimited” subject to the Fair Use Policy.
