A Web-based application for searching, sharing, visualizing, and analyzing a large repository of biomedical ontologies, terminologies, and annotations. BioPortal 2.0, the current release, is available at: http://bioportal.bioontology.org/. BioPortal 2.0 allows for mappings between concepts, bulk export of mappings, visualization of concepts and relationships within ontologies, notes, and navigation of multiple ontologies through tabbed browsing.
