What Is Bilateral Adenal Adenoma?
Adrenal masses are often discovered incidentally and are termed adrenal incidentalomas. They are often discovered after an imaging procedure is performed which is unrelated to the adrenal gland. Normally, the patient has no signs of hormonal excess or the obvious underlying malignancy. The bilateral Adenal Adenoma’s symptoms include episodic attacks, palpitations, sweats, headaches, and abdominal pain.
