Bikini Body Bootcamp is a unique outdoor fitness program designed for women. It is an exclusive program, designed by Brett Matthews that focuses on the exact exercises and protocols to lose maximum body fat and get that toned tight Jennifer Garner look. Bikini Body Boot camp runs three times a week. There is a 3 Month Minimum membership. We have found that 3 Months is enough time to make substantial changes in your body and mindset and after that you are free to leave if you want to. Our campers stay because they want to, not because they signed a contract. The workouts are 30 Minute Express Workouts for Busy Women at these convenient times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6:30 am & 5.30pm The program includes a Nutrition Manual, a Monthly Grocery Store Tour and Nutrition Seminar as well as ongoing support. In short – everything you’ll ever need to get the body of your dreams.
