What is better walking or running?
Well, if you have Asthma, then you should probably stick to walking. Running is good for you, builds up cardio and whatnot, but running on pavement is particularly not good for you hips, knees and joints of the lower half of your body. If you decide to walk, just try to find an area with an incline and im sure you could get close to the same effects of running, plus some strength training on your legs!
