What is better gel or pomade?
It is very wrong for someone to say what is better. They are different products and have different effects. None is better than another. Depends on what you want. Gel comes from “gelatinous” or jelly. In fact, you can actually use Jello and it would be just as good. It adds some extra body and allows you to shape your hair easily. It will dry, and washes out easily. Some will flake if brushed when dry. Pomade is made of grease and wax (think Vaseline). It usually gives you more control. It does not get dry. It can be a lot harder to remove. But it can give you a very slick, shiny appearance! It all depends on what you want. Nothing is better than anything else.
