What is better, elliptical or treadmill?
There are way too many exercise machines and tools available out there to choose from. A. That’s hard to say, but I’d say if you had to choose probably elliptical, then treadmill. I think the very best overall piece of equipment is the rowing machine. I use a stationary bike, plus weight lifting and kettlebells (I’m new to using kettlebells). I’m also just starting to learn to use resistance bands. There are tons of choices, so it comes down to what you like the most because if you really like it, you’re more likely to use the equipment consistently, and it’s the consistency that produces the results.
