What is best exercise for me to loose weight and remain healthy?
If you want to tone up and not build muscle you need to do exercises where you are not lifting or “forcing or straining” your muscles too much for example use an exercise bike but on the easiest setting (no muscle strain) you will be increasing your heart rate (cardiovascular) without building muscle Swimming is excellent ( I lost 4 1/2 stone in 6 months) 20 minutes per day at least 3-4 times per week 🙂
