What is best Celafen Capsules or Cream. I know they both contain Celadrin but do they have different effects?
Capsules affect the whole body and every joint therein whereas the tube is topical and will only affect the area to which it is applied. Some joints are more deeply buried inside the body and are less suitable for creams, such as the hip and perhaps the shoulder, whereas knees, elbows, fingers etc are fine for topical application. Generally, if you can afford it, I would recommend you use both.
