What is Berkley Professional’s claims handling process?
Berkley professional is currently evaluating two options for our claims handling process: 1) Hire in-house claims staff, or 2) use a third party administrator. In either case, our claims handling abilities will have industry-leading experience in adjusting large, complex management liability claims. We may also use a combination of these options to provide our customers and brokers with the best possible claims service. In all events, the senior management team of Berkley Professional will have complete control over the claims process and all claims handling decisions.
