Benchmark is a scheme which improves the quality within the heating industry. All competent heating installers should be aware of the Benchmark standards. Every boiler sold in the U.K. comes with its own log book which should be fully completed by the installer and handed to the customer when the new boiler is installed and commissioned. This log book comes with a certificate of compliance with all the relevant regulations and is also your guarantee. All Plumbcare engineers are aware of the Benchmark standards and are continually retrained to meet the needs of the changing regulations.
