What is being fragmented?
Adj. Fragmented – having been divided, having the unity destroyed, separated into pieces. If your skills, talents, ideas, voice, knowledge, goods, services, or capital can’t be put to use by others around you – you’re fragmented. Our local economies and emerging markets needs these resources from people to grow and flourish. If people can’t seek, advertise, or identify these resources from others – nothing can grow.
