The EPA has also created some substitutes for ozone depleting substances to reduce emissions of high global warming potential gases. What Environmental movements or campaigns have there been in regarding the depletion of ozone? The Greenpeace Ozone Campaign was developed to keep up-to-date scientific information regarding ozone depletion and UVB radiation on humans, marine, vegetation and the atmosphere. The Campaign is dedicated on relaying this information to the public and provides a sense of urgency. Greenpeace researches environmentally safer technologies and products for every type of ozone destroying chemical. These products are dubbed Greenfreeze technology. One product developed was the greenfreeze refrigera
