Plaza 56 is being developed with 7 office buildings, each with 3 or 4 stories, totaling 680,000 square feet. The developer is Gary Levitt of Seabreeze and the broker is Burnham. (Contact person is Dan Runyon 858-452-6500). Intuit will be one of the first corporate tenants. Southwest of Plaza 56 will be Santa Fe Summit. The developer is Kilroy and the broker is Colliers (Contact person is Jay Alexander 858-455-1515). It will be a 480,000 square foot corporate headquarters/research and development campus. On the Southeast quadrant of 56 will be Rhodes Crossing. Keith Rhodes’ regional/commercial center has been proposed to include 250,000 square feet of commercial space and 900 residential single-family and multi-family units. A Costco or Walmart type establishment is expected to be established.
