What is Banner availability?
Banner availability: The Banner system is available throughout each day except between 2 am and 2:45 am when system backups are performed. Scheduled Maintenance: Scheduled Banner maintenance will be communicated to faculty and staff via email and posted as an announcement on MySJU, the University’s information portal. Reporting Emergencies: Report Banner emergencies by calling the University Help Desk at 610-660-2920, Monday through Thursday, 8am – 7pm and Friday 8am – 5pm. To report Banner emergencies after business hours, contact the Security Office at 610-660-1111.
