What is Bank of the Wests email policy?

We will send you these important messages regardless of your email preferences – you cannot opt out of email regarding the Online Banking service or your Online Banking account. Special Promotions – We may also use email to send customers special offers or promotions that we think you would find valuable. If you prefer to stop receiving special promotional emails, we will give you an opportunity to opt out when we send these emails.
