Bandwidth transfer is the amount of data transferred to your users through your account, by video, audio, text, or other streaming. Exceeding the allotted amount of bandwidth transfer for your account means that your users have transferred more total data than your quota allows for. Overage charges are $1-3 per GB, depending on your plan. Of course, you can always upgrade before the next month to avoid overage charges. You will receive emails to inform you when you exceed your bandwidth transfer quota allowing you the chance to upgrade first.
