Fast food is bad because it is high in calories, fat, sodium, and cholesterol which leads to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity. The main reason they are so popular is because they are cheap, quick, and taste good. You should try to avoid eating fast food as much as possible. There is a documentary that came out a few years ago called Supersize Me by Morgan Spurlock who ate McDonalds for every meal for 30 days and gained 24 pounds which was 13% of his body mass. The documentary is intresting and tells lots about the fast food industry and why fast food is bad for you.

Well, it’s called fast-food for a reason. The way to get fast food done quickly is through frying it and causing the meal to have many calories, trans and sat fat. It’s very bad for cholestoral, sodium, and it’s horrible the harm you’re doing to your body if you have it way too much.

It’s for fat lazy Americans, lol. Fast food has lots of chemicals like phyidolifuste and that is a worm eating bacteria that they inject into your common fast food burger like MC D’S and Burger King, Wendys, also into the taco bell meat. It’s used to kill any virus that may be lerking inside the meat after production. It can over time cause many problems such as obesity , heart attacks and cancer and ulcers. Thats why I stopped eating fast food. I have no craving for it after I seen how it’s made on PBS tv. I dont let my kid eat fast food either. He enjoys organic burgers and home made fries and everytime he see’s a fastfood commercial with those toys. I tell him those toys are junk then we go to toys r us. Good times ah good times.

there are many things wrong with fast food the oil they use every place other than jack in the box uses warming trays and the patties sit there for like 15 minutes even salads are bad for you the salad dressing the chicken they use is deep friend pretty much

Well everyone I see that eats too much fast food is fat… because of the trans fats and sat fats… and there are limited options for healthy foods… and plus it tastes like crap and looks like crap…
