What is Baby Wise?
The Baby Wise approach maintains that the parent is in charge and will determine when feeding, sleeping and playtimes occur. Parents do this by ordering baby’s day so that it starts with a feeding, is followed by wakeful activity and then a nap. This cycle repeats itself during the day every three or four hours, depending on baby’s age, and wakeful periods are eliminated at night.
