What is Avenue Q?
Featuring an ensemble of life-sized puppets as well as actors, AVENUE Q is a musical that tells the story of Princeton, a recent college graduate living on a meager income in a suburban New York City neighborhood, struggling with the daily toils of money, love, and success. Through creative songwriting and the exploration of human themes, Princeton is joined by his neighborhood friends, each in a quest to find meaning in their lives. Young adults faced with the entry into the real world, each character, be they an unemployed comedian, a kindergarten teaching assistant, or a down right slacker, searches to find their hidden answer to what lifes all about.
