What is available in terms of training and product support?
Clients generally have three kinds of Users: Super Users, General Production Users and Field Users, each requiring different levels of support. Fluent’s technical and product development staffs provide training and technical support as needed for Super Users and General User’s. Our client service professionals offer ongoing troubleshooting and general support for General Users and all Field Users. All support is directly available and provided through your on-going client services team.
