Give us your bill details and we will pay the bills for you every month from your account. You can set a standing payment instruction with an upper limit and the bills under this limit will get paid automatically from your account. AutoPay is available only for View & Pay (Presentment) type of billers. You are alerted by way of an email when your bill is due for payment. The bills get paid on the due date from your account.

A AutoPay is a new and easy way to pay your Norwich Public Utilities bill. With your written authorization, NPU will automatically deduct your monthly utility payment directly from the checking, savings, Visa or MasterCard account that you choose. This means you will not need to mail, phone or walk your payment in to our Customer Service Center! The amount charged will be your account balance, unless you are already a budget customer. Budget customer payments will be the budget amount.

This is a feature where you can have your Bank Account debited for the total due on your current bill. If you choose the “yes” option, your bank account, as specified on this website by you, will be debited automatically each billing cycle. After posting that amount to your account, an email will be sent to you showing the amount debited. If you do not wish to have us automatically take out the total due on your bill, we recommend you choose “no” for Auto Pay and login each time you wish to make a payment online.
