Automatic repair and shutdown after repair are the options you can find in options tab. When set they tell RegInOut to repair the problem keys automatically without user interaction when it completes the scan. Shutdown after repairs closes RegInOut after it has finished repairing. These two options are very useful in combination with scheduled scan option.
