Starting January 1, 2009, all 401K eligible employees will see their 401K contribution increased by 1% each year up to a maximum of 4%. Employees will be notified of the increase and be given the opportunity to decline the increase. The progression of contribution by 1% annually will stop once you reach a 4% contribution.
