What is auto-renewal payment?

Auto-renewal is a payment feature applicable to online credit card payment. Our system will automatically renew your subscription on the day of subscription expiry. You will receive an e-receipt when the system does that and you will be billed on your next credit card bill. If you have made your subscription payment offline, your subscription will not be on auto-renewal and you will need to renew it through our Customer Service.
