What is Australias largest desert?
The Great Victoria desert in Australia is the largest compared to all the deserts like Simpson desert, Great Sandy Desert, Tanami Desert etc. The Great Victoria Desert receives only little rain, though not as little as one might suspect for a desert. It is a barren and a sparsely populated area in Australia. No farming activity is carried out here and so the vegetation is very sparse here.
