From the date of purchase, the customer has 30 days to contact the Dealer in order to obtain a Return Authorization. The Dealer obtains the RA# from Austin Air. The unit is shipped at the expense of the customer (original shipping charges will not be reimbursed). It is the responsibility of the Dealer to issue the Customer a credit.
