Apparel Under Garment Identification Tagging System (hereafter referred to as AUGITS or as the Company) utilizes a specialized merchandise tag and unique identification code process to deter various forms of retail larceny, with emphasis placed on fraudulent returns and refunds. With an initial emphasis on the apparel portion of the retail industry, The Company will target small, mid-range and major department stores that carry designer apparel and/or apparel accessory items. AUGITS is a patented innovative return-fraud deterrent tagging system designed to optimize net sales, reduces the return rate, and reduces inventory shrinkage, in addition to improving a companys efficiency of its overall fraud and theft prevention process.
