What is At Mountain Stores return policy?
If you would like to return the product, returns are accepted within 7 days of ownership. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. This fee covers our original listing fee, depreciation of the item and the time to process the return (No Exception). S&H and Insurance are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all postage and shipping charges back to us. If requesting a refund for a defective item instead of a repair/exchange, 20% restocking fees still applies to cover our listing fee.
