What is Assisted Living Centers approach to Assisted Living?
A. At Assisted Living Centers, the focus is on the individual. We take an approach which embodies all aspects of the resident’s life – physical, emotional, spiritual and social well being. This is why Assisted Living Centers specializes in offering our residents a 15 bed “social” model. In this way, our staff can better focus on the personalized needs of the individual in a home environment. A Care and Service Plan is personalized for each resident following discussion with the resident, their family, physician and our professional staff. Routinely, we review the plans and make any adjustments as needed. We strongly believe and promote the resident’s right to make their decisions based upon sound mind regarding treatment, care, activities and services that are adequate and appropriate.
