What is Ashoka’s role in the development of Hybrid Value Chains?
Ashoka’s goal is not to establish a consultancy practice specializing in Hybrid Value Chains, but to demonstrate this new business model in several industries and geographies in order to enable its independent replication. Success means that Hybrid Value Chain business models will become the norm – they will be widely implemented by businesses and citizen sector organizations and promoted by management consultants and academics. To reach this goal, the FEC team is committed to support the design and implementation of a few selected Hybrid Value Chain models with pioneering companies, Ashoka Fellows, and citizen sector organizations.
