What is articulating spinal elongation?
Articulating Spinal Elongation can be defined as an advanced form of linear (basic) spinal decompression. It is advanced because it can vary the posture of the spinal column into multiple positions during the treatment session. Standard linear decompression systems cannot. With articulating decompression, doctors have the ability to strategically position the spine into a variety of postures that make the treatment more effective. This posturing improves how the therapy moves through the spine. It enables the decompression to reach into areas of the injury that the “older systems” miss. How is the articulating done?
