Usually the artwork we ship surpasses our clients expectations and is very well received. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you received please contact us within 3 business days to discuss the case and we will accept the artwork back. We will have to charge the buyer 25% on the total purchase price in order to cover expenses related to shipping ,transaction processing and restocking. Any duty or import taxes are not refundable.
