The associations governing documents (Convents, Conditions and Restrictions CC& Rs) empower the ARC to review and approve all external improvements erected, placed, altered, or maintained on any property. The ARC has a detailed set of guidelines and construction regulations for applying for and approval of improvements. The governing documents stipulate that the committee shall consist of a maximum of four voting members: no more than three design professionals and at least one Forest Heights homeowner (see Administrative Resolution #38). The Board of Directors appointed this committee to achieve a high stand of quality, workmanship and materials for external improvements within our community.
