What is appropriate swimwear for Muslim women in a mixed public swimming pool?
Generally speaking , there is no appropriate one for Muslim women in mixed public swimming pools . Water sticks to the body showing the parts of body the Muslim women need to hide/cover from strangers , plus , even if the suit -miraculously- didn’t stick to the body,the swimming exercises can show body parts as well . Most swimming pools have a time for ladies only , which serves not only Muslim but those who prefer to keep their body a private scenery for their mates only . Hope this helped a bit , Cheers.
the majority of swimming pools in uk have seperate times for women only sessions and it is a variety of women which attend not only muslims for a muslim woman to swim in a mixed pool is not the “done” thing as whatever she wears will get wet and stick to her body revealing the body shape which is not allowed for muslim women
